Other Helpful Exam Information:
Common Time Examinations (CTE): This exam schedule applies for all sections of a designated course. Please check with your instructor for online courses with common time examinations for more information.
Exam Locations: Unless the class has a Common Time Examination schedule or as otherwise listed on the course syllabus, exams meet in the regularly scheduled classroom locations (if course meets at a standard time).
Exam Conflicts: A student with conflicting examinations or with more than two examinations within 24 hours may reschedule an examination with permission of the student’s college dean at least 10 days before the beginning of the examination period and by arrangement with the appropriate instructor.
Inclement Weather: Exams may be rescheduled for weather related or other emergency closures (Make-Up Exams). Please factor this in when making travel arrangements. The safety of our campus community is of the utmost importance.
Exams for One Credit Hour Courses and Laboratory Courses: These courses are scheduled by the instructor and are held in a regular class meeting on or before the last day of classes.
Class Meeting Day/Time Not Listed on the Exam Schedule: The instructors of classes which do not follow the regular class schedules, such as W, F classes, must schedule their exams through the Office of the University Registrar at email@example.com and convey this information to their students on the course syllabus.
